I grew up in NYC. I acted professionally as a kid. I went to college. I moved to Brooklyn. I spent some time working in photography. I ended up Creative Director at Magnum Photos. I left to write. I moved to Queens. I now write for publications like The New Yorker, The New York Review of Books, Artforum, Playboy, VICE, BOMB Magazine, and others. I also consult as a copywriter for brands like Apple, Nike, Google, Sweetgreen, Everlane, and others. I am currently working on a collection of short fiction.
