If your manuscript isn't working yet, I provide professional developmental editing focused on story, structure, pacing, character, clarity, and overall flow. This is not basic proofreading or copyediting. This is big-picture, story-level editing designed to help turn a rough or struggling manuscript into something clear, compelling, and publishable according to industry standards.
All feedback is delivered in Microsoft Word using Track Changes and comments, following the Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS).
You will receive in-manuscript comments, structural and story-level guidance, and a summary of key issues and revision priorities. The goal is not just to clean up pages, but to improve the book itself.

No. This is developmental editing focused on story, structure, pacing, character, and overall clarity. It is big-picture, content-level editing, not grammar or typo correction, although very light copyediting may be included.
What file format should I send my manuscript in?
I work in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) so I can use Track Changes and comments. If your manuscript is in another format, please message me first.
What if my word count is over the package limit?
You can add the “Additional Words” extra, or message me and I’ll create a custom offer that matches your word count.
What is your process after I place an order?
