I gave detailed instructions and the first draft was not what I requested. I settled for the second version because my deadline had passed. I paid for an extra day early as well and didn't receive it until two days later.

Since I had to cancel because of delays and no new ETA communicated, even after I tried multiple times to give a chance, I'm quite disappointed. The pricing is great, but I never got the product. Very disappointing.

Areeba did an excellent job on our promotional video. She was professional, responsive, and very patient with all of our revisions, including several last-minute changes. She turned updates around quickly, and the final video looks great. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.
