Can you handle poor audio quality or background noise
Yes, I can work with noisy files. However, very poor quality may affect accuracy. For best results, send the clearest file you have. You can add the "Sound Descriptions" extra if you want [inaudible] or [background noise] tags included.
Do you offer verbatim transcription with umm and ah included
My Basic and Standard packages use clean verbatim which removes filler words for readability. If you need full verbatim with "umm", "ah", and stutters, please add the "Verbatim" extra when ordering.
What if I have more than 4 speakers or a file longer than 60 minutes
