Receive and manage post-sales requests from clients across the Santiago Metropolitan area for administrative or technical support through authorized company channels, addressing needs inherent to CCTV monitoring and intruder detection services. ● Organize and analyze technical service work orders to be escalated to the Procurement and IT departments. These reports, generated from client-requested or internal visits, serve to prepare quotes for the expansion, improvement, repair, or maintenance of security equipment installed within the monitored perimeter. ● Prepare monthly finance-oriented technical service reports, detailing each client visit, the assigned technician and their respective per-visit compensation, service observations, and the total amount billed to the client. These reports facilitate payments to external service providers and monitor the monthly performance of in-house staff. ● Provide daytime monitoring platform support, directly notifying law enforcement (Carabineros) regarding public order disruptions at sites under company jurisdiction or perimeter intrusions during facility off-hours. ● Generate monthly statistical reports on police procedures conducted at various client sites to help identify areas most vulnerable to intrusion or evaluate response times to panic alarm activations. ● Maintain constant liaison with the technical service department to coordinate site visits for the repair, maintenance, or expansion of security and detection systems.
