Do I need to know how to code?
No. You only provide your Google Docs templates; I handle all the setup.
Do my clients need a Google account or login?
No. They open your link, fill the form, preview the PDF and submit. Email + PDF are automatic.
What documents can it generate?
Any document based on a Google Docs template: contracts, certificates, invoices, letters, payroll and more. Optional Excel (payroll) bulk import available.
How are emails sent? Is there a limit?
From YOUR Google account, so limits follow your plan (free plans have daily quotas). No third-party services needed.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. The full documented source code is part of the delivery.
Can it include digital signatures?
Yes, as an extra: for online signing, or a simple drawn signature.
Can I restrict who uses the app (private mode)?
Yes, as an extra: Google login, custom JWT login or a shared PIN.
Can I add more document types or languages later?
Yes. Templates, languages (now ES/EN) and features are sold as extras or a maintenance gig.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Extra changes and maintenance are a paid extra.
