Can you set up ManyChat or fix a broken chatbot?
Yes. I can create a simple ManyChat flow or troubleshoot an existing issue. Send your page link, a screenshot of the problem and the result you expect. Basic includes one agreed minor fix or one simple flow; disconnected accounts, multiple errors or larger rebuilds may need a separate quote.
How does Instagram comment to DM automation work?
An eligible comment can trigger an opening private reply with your offer or guide link. Further conversation steps depend on how the visitor interacts with that reply. I configure the supported trigger, messages and buttons, then test the agreed journey using your connected Instagram account.
What does the Premium CRM integration include?
Premium includes one Make.com scenario with up to five modules, connecting captured lead details to one existing Airtable table or Google Sheet. I map the agreed fields and test the transfer. A new CRM, extra destinations, complex routing and custom API development require a separate quote.
Do I need paid ManyChat or Make.com accounts?
That depends on the features your automation needs and the plans available in your accounts. I check this before starting and explain any required upgrade. My price covers the agreed setup and testing; ManyChat subscriptions, Make.com usage and other software costs are paid separately by you.
Will you write the chatbot conversation script?
Yes. Conversation scripts are included within your package's message limits. Share your offer, preferred tone, key questions and booking or product links. I write or edit the flow messages around that information. Longer sales copy, new funnels and extra message blocks need a separate agreement.
Can you automate Facebook Lead Ads follow-up?
Facebook Lead Ads follow-up can be quoted separately after I review your form, destination CRM and intended messages. A lead form integration is different from a Messenger chatbot. I confirm the available connection and consent requirements before agreeing to any automated outreach or follow-up.
Can you add TikTok, UChat or multiple languages?
These additions need a separate scope check and are not included in the three listed packages. Support depends on your chosen platform, account eligibility and required features. Tell me the channel, language and exact task first so I can confirm whether I can deliver it and provide a clear quote.
What happens after you deliver the automation?
I provide the agreed handover so you can understand the flow and update its messages. Premium also includes seven days of support for faults in my delivered setup. Revisions stay within the purchased scope; new features, account changes, ongoing management and additional integrations cost extra.
