Worked on pillar trim, arm rest, glove box, door trim, and center console projects. Studied CAS surface feasibility via draft analysis, curvature analysis, and merging distance checks with respect to the main tooling direction, generating reports. Created B-surface by offsetting the style surface and created C-surface using environment parts to form a closed body. Followed master-section methodology for closed body creation. Added required features such as doghouse, locators, and snaps. Used the remastering process to create a parametric feature from a non-parametric body. Provided solutions to prevent undercuts by applying slider and lifter mechanisms. Applied preventive measures to avoid plastic defects such as sink marks and warpage.
