Language barriers stop you from communicating prices and order details with Chinese factories. You have no one in China to receive and check stock samples. Its hard to deliver custom revision requests accurately, which easily leads to wrong samples.

Are you experienced in product testing, and what's the service fee?
With extensive experience in product test/inspection, I'll help you test samples, saving time and international shipping costs. Product test fee starts at $30 per small Product (no assembly), covering: defect check, usability feedback, photos/videos/report. Price varies by quantity/custom needs.
Will you share personal and honest opinions? Certainly! How do you test the products?
1. Send you recipient address to ship, packages usually arrive within 2-3 days. 2. Check, inspect, and test product/sample personally. 3. Provide photos/videos to show the details of the product. PS: It's not a professional LAB test! All shipping and product costs will be borne by you.
Who pays all shipping costs for samples?
All freight fees are your responsibility. This includes the cost factories send samples to my address in China, and any cost to send samples back to you or other addresses. I will not cover any sample shipping expense
What will you do with samples after you finish inspection & send me photos/videos?
After I deliver all inspection materials to you, you have two choices: 1. You pay extra shipping cost, I send the physical sample to your appointed address; 2. If you don’t need the sample back, I will dispose of the sample properly 7 days after I send you all inspection files, no storage service pr
How fast can I get the sample inspection materials?
The delivery time depends on how long the factory takes to ship samples to me. Once I receive the physical sample, I will finish shooting and send all files to you as soon as possible within 3 working days. I cannot guarantee the logistics speed from factories
Can I send unlimited revision requests for custom samples?
You may submit unlimited adjustment requests within the order service period, and I will communicate all your changes with the factory. If you put forward new sample revision demands after the service cycle expires, extra service fees will be charged separately.
Will you help me track mass production & arrange shipment after samples are confirmed?
No. My service only covers translation, stock sample inspection and custom sample communication. Bulk order coordination, production tracking and delivery arrangement are separate extra services.

When does the Premium custom sample package finish? How does the 21-day service window work?
The 21-day service period starts right after you place the order. Within 21 days, you can send unlimited sample revision requests, and I will communicate all adjustments with the factory. If samples arrive at my address during this window, I will complete one full inspection report for you
Can I get support after 21 days?
The service will end early if you approve the sample, or automatically close once the 21-day window expires. No sample communication, translation or revision support will be provided after the 21-day period. Any follow-up requests require a new paid order.
