I developed this tool with commands and automation focused on helping to optimize the Transaction Coordinator's time at the real estate company where I work, and it was a success. 

With it, the TC, Realtor, or Broker will be able to record and analyze processes much more quickly. 

On the first tab, you will find good practice tips and a warning about cells that should not be edited or deleted. In the second tab, you have a total view of the number of transactions that are in progress, or that have been completed or canceled, and also the number of transactions per month for future analysis and comparison. For an extra cost, I can enter your transaction data from a spreadsheet or document that you already use.
