I have been working at an international law firm for over seven years. I began my career as a legal intern while completing my law degree. After graduating and being admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), I was promoted to the corporate litigation department, where I worked on disputes involving companies that had established operations in Brazil. After approximately two years, I transitioned to the advisory department, focusing on assisting foreign investors in structuring their businesses in Brazil. My work includes company formation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements applicable to non-resident investors, drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate contracts, advising on product import operations, and preparing legal and tax opinions related to business activities in Brazil, as well as trademark registration and intellectual property matters before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI). I also have experience in asset protection and real estate law, including the structuring of operations for asset protection, corporate organization of real estate assets, and legal assistance in transactions involving rural and urban properties.
