He didn’t do the work I wanted him to do. I explained everything that needed to be done and made sure he understood it, but the job still wasn’t completed the way I asked. A lot of the important things were either skipped, done halfway, or not done at all, so now it’s causing more problems and delaying everything.

Franz has worked for my company for months now, he shows up early, has a fantastic attitude, works very very hard, and communicates well. Which effectively enabled me to lead my teams and run my company smoothly. We will greatly miss him, and will undoubtedly try to hire him again at a later date!
