Medical center with several specialties, in Chile. I have worked with them since 2021. I started with the brand and the website, and in this stage I handle the software, the website and the infrastructure. Administrative work was spread across spreadsheets, emails and programs that did not talk to each other. • I built from scratch their own management system in Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, used by the team every day, with four modules in production: billing, HR, appointment confirmation via WhatsApp and payment reconciliation. • The reconciliation matches bank transfers against invoices and leaves unclear cases for a person to review. • Role-based access, a log of who views sensitive data, and daily encrypted backups. • I migrated the website from WordPress to Astro. Mobile load time went from 6.4 s to 2.0 s. • I moved the website and the system to their own server (VPS), which I manage.
