Responsibilities & Contributions: Designed and developed the entire platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL Architected a custom e-commerce engine (no CMS, no templates) Implemented secure checkout and payment gateway integrations Integrated Pathao API for delivery automation (Bangladesh) Set up Cloudflare, LiteSpeed optimization, and production security Optimized performance for Core Web Vitals Implemented full analytics and conversion tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI) Built an admin dashboard for order, user, and inventory management Ensured the system is ads-ready for Meta & Google campaigns Outcome: A live, revenue-generating e-commerce system used daily by a real brand.
