Form42 is a 3D printing service handling everything from quick PLA prototypes to advanced carbon-fiber composite parts. Whatever you need printed a replacement part, a design project, a prop, or a functional mechanical component I can match the right material and settings to the job. I run the Bambu Lab X2D printer with AMS Pro 2 multi-material system, so I can do multi-color prints as easily as single-color, and I stock everything from standard PLA/PETG/ABS up through engineering-grade PETG-CF, PA-CF, PPA-CF, and ASA-CF for parts that need real strength, heat resistance, or durability. Not sure what material you need? Just tell me what the part is for and I'll recommend one no need to know the specs yourself.

- Any tolerance or fit requirements (or just tell me what it's for)

I offer a 3d printing service. You send me your file(s) (stl,3mf,step) tell me what color(s) you would like and I will print it out for you. I also offer an odd-on to sand/cleanup parts, I can use acetone to melt down the outer layers to give a smooth look.

Do I need to know which material to pick?
Not at all, tell me what the part is for (decorative, functional, outdoor use, etc.) and I'll recommend the right material and tier.
I just want a basic print, is that still worth ordering?
Yes! Basic PLA/PETG prints are a large part of what I do — the composite materials are just an option if you ever need extra strength or heat resistance down the line.
What's your max build size?
256mm*256mm*260mm. Larger parts can be split and joined, ask me.
Can you help if I don't have a 3D file?
Basic design assistance is available for simple parts. For full custom design, message me first so I can scope it.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, as a paid add-on — message before ordering for a rush quote.
