I lead the Market Research division at Full On Marketing, a Hertfordshire-based, full-service marketing and sales agency supporting clients across a range of sectors.
With 20 years' experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including 10 years at a major management consultancy, I help organisations understand customers, test ideas and make confident decisions based on evidence.
Professionally trained in market research, I hold an MBA as a Fulbright Scholar and undergraduate degree from Oxford University.
