I work on artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics, and research data analysis projects. My experience includes genomic data preprocessing, feature engineering, LSTM and BiLSTM model development, federated learning simulations, model comparison, evaluation, result visualization, and research documentation. I developed an AI-based DNA analysis system as my Final Year Project and received first position at the university project exhibition. I am also the first author of a research manuscript on federated BiLSTM modelling for triple-negative breast cancer classification using multi-cohort somatic mutation profiles. The manuscript has been submitted for peer review. I use Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask, and data visualization tools to develop reproducible research workflows and interactive analytical solutions.
