I will fix sticky headers and chat widgets that hide focus on your shop
Accessibility Specialist
Sobre este Serviço
A sticky header, chat bubble or banner that covers the field a keyboard user is on is a real checkout failure. It is also a new rule in WCAG 2.2 (2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured), now part of the European standard behind the European Accessibility Act (EAA, in Germany the BFSG). Tiny buttons fail the target size rule (2.5.8) in the same way.
I find what covers what, then fix it:
Sticky or fixed header covering fields when tabbing
Chat, help and cookie banners overlapping buttons
Cart and quantity icons smaller than 24px
Sliders and drag controls without a click option
Back-to-top and floating buttons in the wrong place
Fixes use clean CSS (scroll padding, spacing, size) and widget settings, not overlay widgets.
You get a before and after screen recording of the keyboard test and a list of every change so you can undo any of them.
I work on a staging copy or a duplicate theme, or on your live site only after a backup.

Perguntas frequentes
Which platforms do you work on?
WooCommerce, WordPress, Shopware, Webflow and custom sites. For Shopify, tell me your theme before ordering.
Can you fix my chat widget?
I fix what its settings and your CSS allow. If the widget vendor has a fault I cannot work around, I tell you exactly what to ask them
Will the fix change my design?
Slightly at most. I add spacing or adjust sizes, keep your brand look, and show you before and after before you approve.
What is focus not obscured?
When someone tabs through your page with a keyboard, the highlighted field must not be hidden behind a sticky header, chat bubble or banner. WCAG 2.2 requires it.
