As Founder and Managing Director of Coffee Connect Centre Ltd, an RTB-accredited training and consultancy enterprise, I lead business development, hospitality consultancy, café operations, strategic planning, financial management, and professional skills development. Under my leadership, CCC has trained over 300 youth, supported 3,000+ coffee farmers, and implemented the Skills Development Fund (SDF) training program supported by the Government of Rwanda and the World Bank. Our achievements include winning the Imali Agribusiness Challenge, receiving YouthConnekt Awards and the European Union Youth Empowerment Fund (EU-YEF) Global Mobility Grant, and participating in FAO HASTEN, SIMcubator Rwanda, Westerwelle Startup Haus, TechnoServe and other international entrepreneurship programs. I also oversee market research, business planning, strategic partnerships, team management, and sustainable enterprise development.
