Sam figured out our onboarding problem in 2 days. We'd been stuck on it for over 2 months, countless iterations, nothing sticking. Fixed it in the next sprint, the report was deeper than anything we'd put together internally and honestly told us things about our own game we didn't know. I'm not sure how but it works.

Provided a very interesting study of emotional response for each part of the gameplay and the different level of emotional engagement from the player. We highly recommend this if you want to see where engagement is high during gameplay versus when it is starting to fall off. Thanks!
