Is keyword research included?
Keywords plays very important role in PPC, I will do deep keyword Research.
Why my PPC isn't performing well?
Well it vary according to product & niche. Common reasons includes, Product is not good enough with bad reviews, listings are not optimized, or you have targeted wrong Keywords or listing pictures are not that good to convenience the buyer to make a purchase, thus its going to increase your ACOS
Do you offer any guarantees?
I always say to my clients "If you don't like my services penalize me with $100, I will pay you if I don't meet your expectations". But, No guarantees on the ACoS or sales. I'll do everything I can to lower your ACoS and increase your sales.
Can you lower my ACos ?
Yes, but it's bit tricky & it takes time. Because optimization of campaigns require patience and right strategy that vary product to product. Usually we remove non-converting keywords, adjust and monitor bids & other techniques that will definitely reduce your ACoS.

I hired him after 1 week launch as I know how import the launch phase is.We agreed on three months work but we cancelled after second months because he increased my ACOS to 135% and couldn’t get many sales.The campaigns just didn’t work out. He did some listing optimization,by doing some keyword research and was fast in responding to my messages.
