I think Faizan needs to be a bit more creative with his work in order to fully deliver. Other than that he is nice. Needs to work a bit faster however. But overall if he focuses on perfecting his craft and working faster he is good to work with. I would have given him 5 stars otherwise but i have to be honest in my review so that he can get better.
