Can you prepare the design for manufacturing?
Yes! All designs are optimized for CNC machining and CNC programming. I ensure they meet production standards, calculate correct tolerances, and can easily generate clean Gcode for your CNC router or milling machine.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I include revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. The number of revisions depends on the package you choose.
What file formats will I receive?
I provide industry-standard file formats like STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, and 2D PDFs. If you need specific formats, just let me know!
How long will it take to complete my project?
The delivery time depends on the complexity of your design. Standard designs usually take 2-7 days. Contact me for an accurate timeframe.
What CNC machines and controllers do you support?
I generate precise Gcode and toolpaths fully compatible with major CNC routers and mills running GRBL, Mach3, Mach4, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, and ShopBot. If you have a custom post-processor requirement for Fusion 360, just let me know!
How do I know the toolpaths won't damage my machine or tools?
Safety is my top priority in CNC programming. Every project undergoes full 3D toolpath simulation and verification to ensure optimal feeds, speeds, and collision-free CNC machining before the file is delivered to you.
What if I don't have a 3D model, only a sketch or an idea?
No problem! I offer complete CAD modeling services. I can take your 2D sketches, technical drawings, or reference images and turn them into manufacturing-ready models in Fusion 360 before creating the machining toolpaths.
