On-Site Supervision: Conned daily construction activities with the help of senior engineers to make sure they were following approved AutoCAD plans and structural standards. Expert Drafting: Used AutoCAD to make on-site updates and modifications to 2D architectural floor plans and structural drawings to match "as-built" conditions. Ensuring compliance with safety laws and project requirements, I regularly inspected the reinforcement steel, concrete pouring, and masonry work as part of the quality control (QC) process. Constructing Foundations and Structural Members: Helped with site surveys and "setting out" by designating levels and points. Directed communication between the design team and the construction crew on-site; generated daily progress reports (DPRs) and planned for the procurement of necessary materials. Enforced a zero-incident work environment by closely monitoring on-site safety standards, including PPE usage and scaffolding stability. Most Notable Results Accuracy in plans: During the first site setup, I found and fixed five or more design errors between the structural and architectural plans, saving a ton of money by avoiding costly rework. Enhanced Workflow Efficiency: Cut 20% off drawing turnaround time by standardizing the "As-Built" documentation process with an AutoCAD template. Contributed to a material audit that found 10% wasted reinforcement steel; this led to the development of a more accurate bar-bending timetable, which improved material optimization. Key Achievements: Oversaw the successful completion of a significant project phase (such as foundation piling or slab casting) three days before the deadline.
