Designing and developing independent Python backend and applied AI projects. Work includes REST APIs with FastAPI and Flask, RAG pipelines, vector retrieval, local LLM integration, SQL persistence, automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes configurations and CI workflows. Responsible for requirements, architecture, implementation, debugging, testing and documentation. Representative projects include MedAI, an evidence-based medical RAG assistant; Helpdesk, an asynchronous ticket-triage API with deterministic fallback handling; and CodingAssistantV2, a local coding assistant with OAuth and project-context access controls.
