How long does it take to develop a product from concept to manufacturing?
Timeline depends on complexity: mechanical products 4–8 weeks, full hardware with electronics 3–6 months, IoT with cloud & app integration 6–9 months. Clear milestones set upfront so you're never in the dark.
What files and deliverables will I receive at the end of the project?
Deliverables include 3D CAD files, technical drawings, PCB Gerbers, schematics, BOM, firmware source code, renders, DFM report & manufacturer-ready production package — everything needed to hand directly to a factory.
Can you help find manufacturers and manage the production process?
Yes. We have vetted manufacturers across India, China & Southeast Asia. We identify partners, request quotes, review samples & coordinate pilot runs, acting as your technical rep throughout the supply chain.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my product idea?
Absolutely. A mutual NDA is signed before any project details are shared. Your idea, designs, and all project data remain strictly confidential. IP protection is non-negotiable for us.
What if I only need one part of the process — like just the industrial design or just the firmware?
No problem. We offer individual gigs for PCB design, firmware, industrial design, DFM consulting & more. Message us and we'll point you to the right gig for your specific need.
Can you help with CE, FCC, or other product certifications?
Yes. We provide certification roadmap consulting for CE, FCC, BIS & more — identifying requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with accredited testing labs for your target markets.
I already have a prototype — can you help me get to mass production?
