BrightPath Consulting Ltd is a business consulting firm that needed reliable administrative support to improve organization, streamline daily operations, and ensure important business information was easy to access. The primary goal was to create efficient workflows for task management, document organization, meeting documentation, and collaboration while maintaining accurate records. As the Virtual Assistant, I managed administrative tasks using Google Workspace and Task Management Tools. I organized digital files in Google Drive, coordinated tasks and deadlines, prepared meeting notes, documented key decisions, and tracked action items to support smooth day-to-day operations. One challenge was keeping documents, meeting records, and task updates organized across multiple activities while ensuring nothing was overlooked. To address this, I developed a structured folder hierarchy in Google Drive, standardized document naming conventions, and implemented a Trello workflow with clear task priorities, due dates, and progress tracking. I also created detailed meeting documentation with assigned action items and follow-up deadlines. These improvements made business information easier to locate, enhanced team collaboration, increased accountability, and supported more efficient administrative processes, while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
