Yes, 100% . It will be step by step process and i will take whole backup (Files and DB) . Everything will be same as it was (functionality wise) and website speed score will go up for sure .

Too many excuses. Blamed the servers fore lack of knowledge. Only looked at GTMETRIX pagespeed. Could never get YSLOW speed above 55% I redid the job myself on two different HOSTS and achieve 97% and 83% in half an hour. I have never not recommended anyone on fiverr but now I feel I must. No customer satisfaction.
