I am a business owner specializing in conflict management and human resources support for other small businesses and non-profits. I like to take a systemic approach to issues big and small, always taking into consideration the bigger picture of any policy, training, or HR strategy. I offer human resources and conflict management support as well as proofreading, editing and writing services.
I have a BA in International Relations and an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management. I am also trained in interest based mediation, and conflict coaching.
