I am a 3D modeler and Unreal Engine 4 Game Designer, I specialize in weapons and shields for 3D game characters. I can make characters too and set them up using the unreal mannequin skeleton so all Unreal Mannequin animations can work for your character. I do not only do weapons and shields but also environment assets mainly hard surface models.
