I'm a conceptual logo designer. I believe conceptual designs communicate stronger. People tend to remember ideas much better, it's a delight and a smile in the mind, that's why they are more memorable. I conceptualise the ideas before even creating the final design, as the idea will direct the design to make a stronger meaningful impact.
