Worked on a CRM marketing automation project for a growing digital marketing agency that needed to replace several manual lead-management processes with a connected automated workflow. The business was receiving leads from website forms, advertising campaigns, and landing pages, but their team was manually transferring contacts between systems, assigning sales opportunities, sending follow-up messages, and creating tasks for account managers. I designed and configured a centralized CRM workflow using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, monday CRM, and Zapier. The setup included lead capture, contact segmentation, pipeline stages, automated lead routing, task creation, email follow-up sequences, and CRM field synchronization. I configured conditional workflow logic so new leads could be categorized according to source, service interest, and sales stage before being assigned to the appropriate team member. For the GoHighLevel CRM environment, I structured pipelines, opportunity stages, forms, triggers, actions, and follow-up automation. I also connected relevant processes with Zapier to move information between applications and reduce repetitive data entry. The HubSpot workflow handled contact updates, lead nurturing, internal notifications, and marketing follow-up, while monday CRM was organized around opportunity tracking and team task management. I mapped important fields between platforms and tested the automation paths to identify duplicate records, missing information, failed triggers, and incorrect routing. The final workflow created a more organized process from lead capture → CRM entry → qualification → routing → follow-up → task creation → pipeline progression, giving the team a repeatable CRM marketing automation structure.

Designed and implemented an AI powered automation system for a software and business services company that wanted to reduce repetitive operations and improve the way incoming leads and customer requests were handled. The project centered around n8n, AI agents, conversational systems, voice automation, APIs, and CRM connectivity. Built interconnected n8n workflows that handled lead capture, data processing, CRM updates, notifications, follow up actions, and internal task creation. Each workflow was structured around specific business events, using triggers, conditions, filters, branching logic, HTTP requests, webhooks, and API calls to move information between different applications. Developed AI agent workflows that could interpret incoming information, determine the appropriate action, and pass data to connected tools. Configured prompts, instructions, context, tool access, and workflow logic according to the company's operational requirements. Implemented conversational automation for handling initial customer inquiries, collecting contact information, answering predefined questions, qualifying prospects, and directing qualified leads toward the appropriate next step. Voice automation was also incorporated into the workflow for call based lead qualification, customer interactions, appointment processes, and post-call CRM updates. Connected external applications through REST APIs and webhooks, allowing information submitted through forms, chat, or other sources to automatically reach the appropriate CRM and business systems. Data processing workflows were created to clean, transform, validate, and synchronize information between platforms. The resulting automation environment connected AI, communication tools, CRM processes, and business applications into a unified workflow, helping the team reduce repetitive administrative work and respond to incoming opportunities more efficiently.
