What information do you need to start?
Please send your 3D part file (STEP, IGES, or native CAD), specify the material (e.g., PC, PA6, ABS), and tell me whether it’s for prototype or production.
Can you perform a DFM analysis only, without full mold design?
Yes — I can provide a detailed DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report to check draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, and overall moldability before you proceed with tooling.
Do you also include Moldflow or filling analysis?
Yes, Moldflow simulation can be added as an optional extra to evaluate flow balance, pressure, cooling, and potential defects like sink marks or short shots.
What CAD software do you use?
I use Creo Parametric for mold design and Autodesk Moldflow for analysis, ensuring professional and accurate results.
Can you design the full mold assembly?
Absolutely — including core, cavity, inserts, sliders, ejector system, and cooling channels, based on your manufacturing standards or preferences.
Will the mold design be ready for manufacturing?
Yes. All models and drawings are created with manufacturing tolerances and mold base integration in mind, ready for toolmaking.
Can you also optimize existing parts for injection molding?
Yes — I can modify or redesign your existing 3D model to improve flow, part strength, and moldability before tooling begins.
