Getting a PCB manufactured is very different from designing one. Small mistakes in files, BOM or assembly notes can cause delays, rework or dead boards.
I help take your PCB from design to prototype and production-ready manufacturing using a structured NPI (New Product Introduction) approach.
I prepare and verify Gerbers, drill files, pick & place, BOM and assembly drawings, and ensure your design is ready for PCB prototyping or mass manufacturing at JLCPCB, PCBWay or your contract manufacturer.
This service is ideal if you already have a schematic or PCB and want a smooth transition to hardware build without surprises.
Typical projects include IoT boards, ESP32 / STM32 controllers, industrial electronics, consumer products, medical devices and automation PCBs.
