Vou criar um layout avançado e complexo de PCB multicamadas para você usando KiCad.
Sou um engenheiro eletrônico profissional com experiência em design de circuitos, simulação, desenvolvimento de firmware e sistemas embarcados. Já construí várias PCBs exclusivas, desde placas simples de uma camada com poucos componentes até placas RF de 8 camadas com mais de 400 componentes.
- Seleção de Componentes: Vou escolher componentes sustentáveis, evitar problemas de estoque e sugerir alternativas se necessário, levando em conta as restrições da cadeia de suprimentos.
- Design de Layout de PCB: Vou criar o layout da PCB seguindo regras de RF, padrões e requisitos do fabricante de sua preferência para reduzir custos e aumentar a eficiência. Considerarei fatores de engenharia e garantirei conformidade com o IPC, IEC & CEN.
- Assistência na Fabricação: Vou ajudar na fabricação da placa, se necessário.
- Arquivos entregáveis: Fornecerei os arquivos necessários, como:
- Arquivos fonte
- Arquivos GERBER
- Lista BOM
- Arquivo PNP/ XY Loc
- Imagens renderizadas 3D do circuito
- Layout de PCB (PDF)
- Arquivo 3D STEP & WRL
- Resultado de testes DFM & DRC
