I am currently working as a Restaurant Operations Manager, with over five years of experience in restaurant management and operations. Throughout my career, I have been involved in three restaurant pre-opening projects, where I was responsible for various aspects of the setup and preparation, including developing SOPs, creating and structuring menus, supporting the marketing plan, managing and building the team, and developing and implementing staff training programs.
