This gig includes the following Land Survey & Topo Plan services:
- Process Land Survey Point Data
- Plot Land Surveying Data from Total Station, GPS, DGPS, GNSS, Laser Scanning
- Layout Survey Points (CSV/Excel) into AutoCAD DWG
- Elevation Drawings and Profiles (Longitudinal Sections)
- Topographic Plans
- Site Plans
Topographical Plans
Topographical plans will be created from various natural and artificial features, including:
- Building footprints: Real estate, restaurants, properties, offices, houses
- Roads: Road crown, white line markings
- Bridges, ramps, steps
- Foot & cycle paths, tracks
- Boundary treatments: Walls, fences, hedges
- Drainage: Manhole covers, gullies
- Utilities: Electric, gas, water, traffic signals
- Watercourses: Extent of ponds and lakes
- Vegetation: Areas of woodland, trees, gardens
- Other features: Bunds, drainage ditches, slopes, natural banks, land depressions
Deliverables
- File formats:AutoCAD DWG, CSV, Excel, and others as required.
