Honestly really happy with the work. Before starting I wasnt sure what was wrong with the PPC because we were getting sales but the ad spend was getting higher. After the changes and ongoing optimization our campaigns became much easier to understand and manage. Communication was also very good throughout.

I have been working with the team for a few months now and overall the experience has been good. I was completely new to Amazon business so there was definitely a learning curve for me.
