As a Project Manager, I was responsible for managing and coordinating e-commerce projects focused on dropshipping product research, product listings, and store optimization. I conducted in-depth market research to identify trending and high-demand dropshipping products by analyzing competitors, customer behavior, and current market trends. Based on the research, I selected profitable products and planned strategies to improve store performance. I managed the complete product listing process, including writing SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility and conversions. I ensured that all product pages were optimized with high-quality images, clear descriptions, and competitive pricing to attract customers and increase sales. Additionally, I optimized online store listings by improving keywords, product categories, and overall product presentation. I monitored product performance, analyzed sales data, and adjusted strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates. I also coordinated with team members to ensure timely product uploads, updates, and store improvements. Through strategic product research, effective listing optimization, and continuous performance monitoring, I helped improve store visibility, customer engagement, and overall sales growth in the dropshipping business.
