How accurate is it? Can it make things up?
It answers only from your indexed content, with a source link on every reply. Below a confidence threshold it declines and escalates to a human instead of guessing. Premium includes 30 days of tuning against real conversations.
Is my data private? Is it used to train AI models?
Your content sits in your own vector database and runs on your own API key. OpenAI and Anthropic both exclude API traffic from training by default. I keep no copies after handover, and I'll sign an NDA before you send anything.
What documents do you need from me?
Website and docs URLs, help center exports, PDFs, product guides, FAQs, onboarding material. Notion, Google Docs, Markdown, DOCX and PDF all work. Send what you have — I'll tell you what's missing after the first index.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Anthropic account?
Yes — that's deliberate. You own the system outright, pay provider rates with no markup, and there's no monthly fee to me. Takes about 5 minutes to set up, and I'll walk you through it free if you've never done it.
