I am a certified Paralegal, who has worked for several years in the nonprofit sector. I have helped hundreds of clients successfully form nonprofit organizations all around the world, including 501c3 tax-exempt status with the IRS and total state compliance. I have extensive knowledge of nonprofit filing requirements, and experience with fundraising, copywriting, and annual tax filings. When I'm not filing nonprofits, I can be found playing Bach on the cello, hiking the Green Mountains with my lab dog, or making new enchilada recipes in the kitchen.
