Mediator & Conflict Resolution Specialist | 2018 – Present Certified Mediator (BM®, Germany) with professional experience in mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, and conflict-competence training across organizational, educational, family, and community contexts in Germany and internationally. Since 2018, I have conducted mediations involving workplace teams, school environments, families, and intercultural neighborhood conflicts. My work focuses on improving communication, restoring cooperation, and enabling sustainable agreements between parties. I facilitated strategic dialogue meetings and supported negotiation and audit processes within consulting environments, strengthening collaboration and preventing escalation of internal conflicts. In addition, I design and deliver workshops and trainings for educators, associations, and community organizations on conflict awareness, communication skills, and perspective-taking.
