Sobre este Serviço
Your business runs on scattered spreadsheets, chats and to-do apps. I turn them into one Notion system your team actually uses.
I'm Filippo, software developer since 2014 and co-founder of a software house in Florence, Italy. I teach Notion on Udemy and build Notion systems for agencies, consultants, creators and small teams.
WHAT I BUILD
- CRM and sales pipelines with clients, deals and follow-ups
- Project hubs and client portals with tasks, timelines and shared views
- Content calendars, knowledge bases and SOP wikis
- Finance, inventory and operations dashboards
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
- Built by a developer: clean relational databases, formulas and rollups that scale
- Automations with Make, n8n or the Notion API (forms, email, Stripe, your website)
- Minimal design with custom icons and covers
- A video guide so your team can start on day one
HOW IT WORKS
- You tell me how you work today and what slows you down
- I propose the structure before building
- You get the system, the guide and support after delivery
Not sure which package fits? Message me with your use case and I'll send a custom offer within 24 hours.

Perguntas frequentes
What's your experience with Notion?
I teach Notion on Udemy and build Notion systems for businesses, agencies and creators (12 five-star reviews on this gig). As a software developer since 2014, I can also connect Notion to your other tools through its API.
How long does it take to deliver a custom template?
Starter setups take about 3 days, business systems about 5 days and full Notion OS projects about 10 days. If you have a deadline, add Extra fast delivery or message me before ordering.
Do you provide training on how to use the template?
Yes! Every template comes with a detailed documentation and video walkthrough explaining how to use and customize it. Plus, I offer post-delivery support to ensure you're comfortable with your new system.
Can you customize an existing template I already have?
Absolutely! I can modify and enhance existing templates to better suit your needs, add new features, or integrate them with other systems you're using.
Can you create templates for teams/multiple users?
Yes! I have extensive experience creating collaborative workspaces and can set up proper permissions, sharing settings, and team workflows in Notion. For complex situations, I highly suggest to jump in chat with me in order to discuss details.
Can you connect Notion to my other tools?
Yes. With the Automation Setup extra (included in Premium) I connect Notion to forms, email, calendars, Stripe, your website or your CRM using Make, n8n or the Notion API. Tell me which tools you use and I will confirm before you order.
