What's the difference between Manual J, S, and D?
Manual J calculates your heating and cooling loads. Manual S selects equipment sized to those loads. Manual D designs the duct layout and airflow. Each package covers a different mix
Do you install the system?
No. I provide the calculations and design, and your HVAC contractor installs it. The report gives them a clear spec, so you can compare quotes and avoid oversized equipment
Will my city or rebate program accept the report?
The reports follow ACCA methods and are built for permit review. Requirements vary by city and program. Message me your address and any rebate rules before you order
How long does it take, and are revisions included?
Delivery is 3 to 8 days depending on the package. Standard includes 1 revision and Premium includes 2. Need it faster? Message me before you order
