Dilizy.ai (B2B SaaS & CRM): - Led the development of a scalable design system covering 250+ components. - Designed complex dashboards for CRM, DMS, Service Provider, Rent Car and Auctions to streamline user workflows. - Bridged the gap between design and development (Framer/Webflow) to speed up release cycles. 2. Vehicle Inspection App (B2B/B2C Mobile): - Architected the end-to-end UX/UI for a comprehensive mobile inspection tool from scratch (0-to-1). - Transformed complex, paper-based vehicle evaluation processes into a seamless digital flow (damage mapping, step-by-step reporting), increasing inspector efficiency by 40%. 3. West Auto Hub (Mobile App & Brand Ecosystem): - Redesigned the core Mobile App: Modernized the UI/UX to improve usability and visual hierarchy, aligning it with the new product strategy. - Unified Brand Experience: Maintained visual consistency across digital products (App, Web) and physical touchpoints to ensure a seamless user journey. - Consulted on Landing Page UX/UI to improve conversion rates. 4.
