Architect and Founder

Jan 2019 - Present • 7 yrs 10 mos

Independent architect working across residential architecture, architectural visualization and design development. I develop projects from concept and spatial planning to 3D modeling, architectural drawings and final visualization, creating both the architectural solution and the visual material used to communicate it. My portfolio includes single-family residences, mountain retreats, multifamily developments, renovations and hospitality-oriented projects. I focus on creating architecture that combines functionality, materiality, context and strong visual storytelling. Working independently has also allowed me to adapt each project to the client’s needs, translating ideas and references into coherent architectural concepts and compelling visual presentations.

Architect

Luis Maldaner Arquitetura Sustentável • Período integral

Sep 2016 - Dec 2018 • 2 yrs 3 mos

Started as an architectural intern and became a partner within my first year. Worked on high-end residential, hospitality, institutional and corporate projects, contributing to projects from feasibility studies and concept development through technical detailing and construction documentation. Developed architectural drawings, executive projects, 3D models and architectural visualizations, using CAD and 3D workflows to translate design concepts into detailed and presentation-ready projects. With increasing autonomy, I led residential projects, coordinated consultants and contractors, followed construction work, and worked directly with clients and suppliers. This experience established my foundation in architectural design, technical development, 3D visualization and project coordination.
