- Led engineering for Callbreak Legend (1M+ downloads), owning gameplay responsiveness, application stability, backend reliability, and monetization end-to-end. - Designed and shipped an in-game economy system and IAP infrastructure, turning the product from negative to consistently positive monthly net profit. - Migrated the production database from DynamoDB to PostgreSQL via a zero-downtime online migration, replacing an encoded storage scheme that made analytics prohibitively expensive. - Introduced structured logging across services, cutting debugging and incident-resolution time dramatically. - Eliminated recurring backend server crashes and reduced client-side crashes/ANRs through service redesign, architectural fixes, and performance tuning. - Reduced Android app download size by 12% through dependency audits and build optimization. - Mentored interns, reviewed pull requests, and shaped technical architecture decisions.
