Career & Achievement at H.O.T. Tourism I have built my professional career in tourism at House of Travels & Tourism (H.O.T. Tourism), gaining extensive experience in international travel operations, client communication, tour planning, destination management, and content development. Throughout my career, I have taken on increasing responsibilities through strong performance, dedication, and effective communication. My role has involved creating tailor-made itineraries, coordinating international clients and travel partners, managing tour arrangements, handling client requirements, and working closely with hotels, guides, and local suppliers. One of my proudest professional achievements was being awarded “Best Performer of the Division” at the H.O.T. Annual General Meeting 2025, in recognition of my performance, commitment, and contribution to the team. This experience has strengthened my skills in communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, client relations, and working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
