Invoice or Sales Bill is fully automatic that means, once the product name and quantity entered then all other predefined data will be filled along with calculation such as Product code, Rate, Taxes and Net amount. Once you click the enter after filling the sales data, all the sales data will be stored into sales records sheet

Once the transaction is over either Purchase or sales of products , All the data will be recorded to the stock level sheet Automatically.
