Implemented and optimized a dedicated Moodle subdomain, aligning the LMS theme with the client’s main site and configuring performance, cron, backups, and statistics for reliable operation. Installed and configured key plugins (attendance, interactive book, simple certificate, completion progress, Level Up XP, custom pages, multitopic/tiles formats, TinyMCE extensions) to support learner engagement and tracking. Designed and built four sanctions certification pathways (Foundation, Applied Risk, Decision & Control, Executive Governance) covering 16 modules with linear course flows and clearly defined completion rules. Created and imported structured question banks from XML, set up graded assessments with pass marks and unlimited attempts, and refined layouts with HTML and media to improve usability and readiness for future enhancements
